I just came back from tennis lesson=) Learning a new sport is indeed not easy. The grip of the racket makes my hand pain but being able to hit the ball to your opponent is an accomplishment. In life, studying is not easy too. Practise makes prefect, so we have to be hardworking and study hard.

Thanks for the advices that all my friends gave me=) I will hard work and strive towards my goal. Jia u Jia u!!

Have you ever been super super down after doing tutorials and reading up the textbooks?? Sometimes during studying, I just feel super super down. Studying is tiring, all for the sick of studying for exams and that piece of paper. Super sian now...

Sometimes, when one feel super down, and they wanna feel someone to talk. But there is no one to talk to. Dont know why, I just feel so sian and dont feel like studying.

Dearest Diary,

Today is the day, after so many swimming trainings, it is finally the day of the competition. As the team manager, I placed high bets on my girls freestyle. In the end, 1 of them is sick and another 1 didnt come. Utterly disappointed=( In the end, we managed not to walk over for the event. I ended up swimming Breaststoke and Backstroke. Our hall didnt manage to get into the final. But well, at least all of us finished the race. I got to know new friends and had an enriching experience.. Hope that next year they will rack me into the hall again to swim.

Dearest Diary,

I went to career fair with Senior Randall at ntu auditorium today. You introduced yourself to my MOC mate as Zhi Hao! I always hear you name urself Zhi Hao, I will always think of my another friend. Haha, cannot link the name to the face! We went to many companies like JTC, PUB, NEA and some other companies. However, most of the companies prefer to hire 2nd upper Hons instead of a general Hons.

I didnt really believe what Randall said that Environmental Engineering prospect is super small as compared to the other course. But now, I do!! ARgh~~~ Well, I dont know if I have made the correct choice into this course although I like this course alot. Hopefully after grad, I can peacefully find a job that I like somewhere=) Like what he say, girls go find some rich guy marry off jiu hao liao! haha! Well, easy to say...

After that, we went to CEE room to study where I asked him some doubts in my tutorials and lectures=) Thanks=) Sadly, we didnt manage to have dinner together cuz someone has got dinner with his friends. Haha, should I upload that pics??!! Omg I am sooooo tempted to upload. But since I promised you I shall not upload. I know u always like me to write ur big name on my blog!!

After that, I met up with MOC jasper and vincent, for dinner at JP. I got to know a new friend today, called nicholas. We saw Qin Ling at JP and was rather shocked to meet each other again at the restaurant. Haha!! We didnt stalk you, it was just purely coincedence. Later we went to food court for dinner in order not to disture QL and her guy-friend.

We were chatting about the guy that time at WSC food hunt, khai boon. To me, I think its better to start everything off by friends. Well, if we can get to know each other better than its good=) The thing is, I have very little things to talk to him about, sometimes when we both on msn. Let nature takes its course ba=) When it comes, then it just comes=) yeah!

Dearest Diary,

Today, we had a surprised 21st birthday party for my PAL mate, Jessica=) I met up with Lao Da (James) and Kai Boon first. We decided to have our dinner at Tian Tian Steamboat. The food variety there is quite alot. However, for the drinks, we have tasted all and realised that only birdnest drink can be drink. The other drinks tasted like plain water. Later, Jessica and Rufeng came=) I think Jessica is still stock to see all of us! Hehe... Lao Da said that I dont look like those who can eat alot. But come to buffet, OMG, eat alot=) If I am hungry, I can really eat wahahhaha. After dinner, we bought her a bday cake and gave her the present and the card=) I hope u like the present and the card (ps for the oily card)

I miss PAL days! During my poly days, I spent like 50% of my free time with PAL (my cca). PAL used to be very very fun, where we have many many outings to sentosa, etc. But now, outings and bday celebrations, only a few of us will come down=x I miss the days where we organise events like campus concerts and open house.

Being the president of the club, it is very stress, but I think it is worth the time doing when you see that the event is successful and that the committee has some super on people whom I can rely on. Like what Lao Da say when the tree fall, the seedlings also fall. Yes, I agree. Frankly speaking, I am so-called the tree. But without the help of Lao Da, Jess and KaiBoon, I think that I would have quit my post long time ago. To me, Lao Da is the real tree=) PAL will be forever in my heart=)

Dearest Diary,

Today was the first lesson that I had my tennis lesson with my friends (Hui Yuan, Nikki and Valerie) ^^, I fell in love with tennis now. So fun. I had learnt how to serve balls and also some techniques to hold a racket. Although my hands are hurtful now, but then it is fun=) Looking forward to the next lesson=)

Lessons are boring as usual. I almost slept during Environmental Processs lecture. Well, it was too boring already. After swapping my lessons (add/drop) last week for my structures tutorial from the tuesday slot to the monday slot, eventually, I am still in that super "chui" prof class. ARrrgghh!! He doesnt go through tutorial questions, instead, he will talk about his life experiences and also teach us another lecture by using different method to solve problems. (which many of us do not like, most of the students prefer the tutor to go through the tutorial questions) In the end, I went to another tutorial class which was not taught by him. I managed to ask this tutorial prof for a swap in my class. Luckily, he allowed me to swap classes=)

Dearest Diary,

As usual, my saturday is all burned! Morning, I had piano lesson 11-12pm. I had my lunch alone at marsilling KFC. 2 year ago, I went to the exact KFC store for lunch. I didnt know that the person was a hearing impaired, and I ordered my food by speaking to her. The colleague beside her told me that she was a Deaf, feeling so embrassed, and ordered my food by pointing at the menu. Ever since I learnt sign language, I always wanted to go back to that KFC store to order my food by signing. Today, I feel like eating KFC, so I went into the store. Sadly, they have employed new hearing workers.

RSPHI (Regular Service Project Hearing Impaired) is a cca that provides tuitioning for the hearing impaired students and to raise awareness to the public about the Deaf. Every saturday, I will go to Toa Payoh Library from 2-4pm to give my tuition.

I have been questioned by my friends, why do you want to join this cca, giving free tuition and no $$$ in return. Well, this is volunteering. At first, I joined this cca after my roomie hui yuan, introduced this cca to me. I thought learning sign language is fun and I can learn a new skill. After these few months in this cca, I find that volunteering is meaningful, when there is a group of friends who have the common interest in helping those who are in need. Although every saturday is burned, but I find that life is meaningful and I enjoyed doing it=)

This week was special, after tuitioning, we had dinner and karoake session=) Many of my friends can really sing, and I enjoyed the karoake session.


Love is sweet but Relationship is complicated. Some of my friends are troubled with me. Let nature take its course=) When it come naturally, I will come=) Enjoy singlehood now..
